minho belo was a delightful stay! the owners were super friendly and truly made us feel at home. the breakfast spread was like nothing else, with local cheeses and fresh lemonade. we loved that the seasonal pool was just around the corner and it was a fantastic way to relax after visiting the fortress at valenca.
